so i thought i would take a shot at this because it looks fun.
Anyways, i don't really have all the details yet but so far it contains the toon patrol {of course} and a certain character from a certain show called "tiny toon adventures" and that character would be elmyra duff. So there would a toon patrol/elmyra face-off lol

Here goes:
It was just a normal day in toon town for the toon patrol. Psycho just came back from the candy shop, he was a well known customer there. He was on his way back to headquaters when he heard someone crying. Following the sound he stumbeled upon an innocent red headed girl with a skull bow in her hair.
“I guess I’ll just go home alone” the girl said “Where have I seen this girl before?” Psycho thought. He approached the girl who then turned around to face him.
“OWWW LOOK AT THE LITTLE FLUFFY WUFFY!” She squealed.
“Huh?” Psycho said looking around. The girl grabbed him and squeezed him causing his eyes to inflate. Only one toon can do this, elmyra duff.
“I’m gonna hug you and squeeze you and lock you in a cage!” She said. She felt something is his pocket and took it out and gasped. "You shouldn't be playing with this, it's dangerous!" She exclamed.
“Let go of me!” He gasped, wiggling his way out.
"GIve me that! He growled snatching it out of her hand. And with that he ran back to the warehouse.
“Come back!” Elmyra called
Psycho bursted into the door, startling the others which caused them to stare at him.
“What da hellz da matter with ya!” Smartass yelled
“There….is….she…girl!” Psycho panted
“Spit it out!” Greasy said
“Elmyra!” Psycho finally said
“Oh fluffy wuffy!” A voice said from outside. Chills went down psycho's back causing his hairs to stand up.
Smartass grabbed him by the collar “You led her back here!?....No matter" He said releasing Psycho. "we will have a little fun with this, right boys?” He said reaching into his pocket for his knife.
“Come on, I just want to play with you!” She said banging on the door.
“Get in positions boys” Smartass commanded with his signature evil grin.
Oh cliffhanger ;p

here you go part dos:
Elmyra took out a bobby pin and picked the lock. She was able to open the door halfway until she realized there was a chain; the space was too small to fit her hand through. Smartass hit his hand to this forehead {I forgot what that’s called} he signaled for stupid to open the door. Stupid walked to the door, as soon as he unhooked the chain, the door slammed open and hit him.
“Oh fluffy wuffykens! Now where did he go?” Stepping inside, the door closed behind her revealing and splattered stupid.
“Oww another fuzzy-wuzzy-kens!!” She screeched pulling him off the wall and squeezing him as he gasped for breath.
The other weasels snickered at his pain.
“I'm gonna take you home and hug you and squeeze you and pet you and lock you in a cage and keep you forever!" She announced.
Wheezy came up behind her and bopped her over the head with a bat allowing them to escape.
“Oww look at all the stars heheh” She said before shaking her head.
“Hey, where did you go?” She cried
Stupid ran back to the corner and hid behind psycho while wheezy went to hide behind something else.
“Oh chubby wubby!” She called.
“Now where could he be?” She asked, suddenly a certain aroma filled the air; she followed the stench until she spotted wheezy. She gasped at him.
“You shouldn’t smoke! Don’t you know how bad it is?!” She commented throwing her hands up. Wheezy rolled his eyes and blew smoke in her face making her gag trying to fan the smoke out of her face.
Smartass gave stupid a nod.
“Now is your chance, get her!” Psycho hissed giving stupid a push until he was behind her.
Elmyra followed wheezy’s eye to see both psycho and stupid behind her.
“There you are!” She shrieked pulling them both into a hug.
The rest of the weasels laughed.
“Get her!” Psycho huffed.
Wheezy took stupid’s bat and hit elmyra again. Psycho and Stupid both hid behind wheezy.
Smartass and Greasy came out of the shadows.
“Would ya look at this” Smartass commented with a grin
“She seems to like you” Wheezy remarked to Stupid and Psycho.
“Now what should we do with her?” Smartass asked
“DIP HER DIP HER!” Psycho protested
Elmyra gained conscious back.
“Owww five fuzzy wuzzys!” She yelled grabbing them.
” I want to hug you and squeeze you into itty-bitty pieces” She stated
The weasels gulped at her announcement.
“We’ll make a deal with ya’ doll face….we won’t dip ya….if you don’t crush our insides deal?” Smartass said between breaths.
“Dip whats that?” Elmyra asked
“Let’s show her the dip boss!!!” Psycho urged “Oh please, she’ll just love it I know she will!”
“I wanna see!” Elmyra pestered jumping up and down still holding on the weasels.
“Sure…just…let….go!” Greasy gasped
When elmyra released them they all fell to the ground catching their breath.
Smartass stood up and dusted himself off.
“duh, are you sure you want….” Stupid began
“OF COURSE SHE DOES!” Psycho interrupted covering stupid’s mouth followed by psycho’s psychotic laugh.
“Okay boys, the girl wants to see the dip” He said to them exchanging evil grins.
bet you weren't expecting that at all lol
it will get better, theres a few cameos later on
