Okay, since jebikun has pretty much discovered my "secret", it's time I uploaded a certain sound file my brother created: what it is is a modification of an audio ride-through of Car Toon Spin we found online, with all the music and most of the sound effects removed, leaving all of the primary dialogue for all to hear.
Now, because of the nature of a stereophonic image (the left and right channels), most of the dialogue had music and sound effects underneath it, and digitally removing it resulted in some swirling sounds. It's the best we can do.
Eventually my brother wants to create files that focus on the music and sound effects, respectively.
So here it is:

Highlights:
A transcription should come soon, for those who can't download the sound file.
And here's my collection of photos from the ride, focusing on the weasels and related bits. I searched every place online I knew about for these:

There's a ton of them, including an embarrassingly large amount of ones of Psycho's scene in the power plant, and some from the Tokyo Disneyland version. I also found this bizarre promotional art, where the artist clearly had absolutely no reference for Wheezy, Stupid, and Benny(!), rendering them as off-model as one could possibly imagine and still being identifiable. Make of it what you will...

Highlights:
- Wheezy doth speaketh! In complete sentences even! And it's June Foray all the way, man. No one else could do it.
- Greasy isn't voiced by Charles Fleischer for some reason, despite the fact that he voices Roger, Benny, and Psycho as per usual. Instead, he's voiced by somebody doing a Cheech impression (Cheech, as many of you probably know, voiced Banzai of the Lion King hyenas).
- Psycho fans will love the lines he's given, several of which rise to a screech. Unfortunately, Fleischer seems to be a little rusty, so he doesn't do him quite as squeaky as he originally did.
- Stupid reveals that he isn't unfamiliar with women's underwear.
- Smarta** reveals his intentions to become mayor of Toon Town (or in Psycho's words, "what's left of it"), which seems strange to me since they're gonna Dip the place.
- We meet a new character, named Marty, who seems to be a stagehand for the Ink & Paint Club.
- It's really, really obvious that Baby Herman is voiced by Jim Cummings (he strikes again!).
- Baby Herman and a radio news reporter lay the negative adjectives on thick, effectively demonizing the weasels. And why not? They're out to commit mass murder.
- That same reporter refers to Dip as "green Dip" at one point, as if there was some distinction from regular Dip. It makes me think of the varieties of Kryptonite: surely there must be Red Dip, Gold Dip, and Blue Dip... XP I'm joking of course.
- Smarta** at one point gives the others individual orders, emphasizing their names in such a way that makes it seem like they're trying to help the people in line remember their names. Smarta**, as many of you probably know, is referred to as "Wise Guy" on a wanted poster.
- We get to hear all of "Sleazy's" lines.
A transcription should come soon, for those who can't download the sound file.
