Mouse and rats were clean animals. But usually people see them with diseases. Then they invented harmful traps to get rid of them. I highly disagree to those traps!! I would NEVER use those kinds of traps in the house!! These adorable, innocent creatures should be caught in a better way...what do you guys think??

We've got rats in our house- our cat and dog will sometimes hunt them, but what can you do? That's just their natural instinct. I figure as long as they don't bother us, I don't really care. We've had raccoons visit us. We chased them away because they're larger than our cat and could really hurt her. But cockroaches? Ew. I don't believe we've ever used mouse traps. Who would wanna see it, anyway?

Those kind of mouse traps aren´t good for everyone! But there are traps for little animals they don´t hurt them. Here is a picture!

Any trap that hurts animals is so low that words cannot describe it. Humane traps are the way to go, and anyone can purchase them. I am a hardcore animal rights believer, and i've always been active in this in and outside of home, from nursing animals to writing proposals. Hurray for Lugia in making this thread!

I'd like to! I've done stuff sort of like that, in high school i tried to stop the school from releasing thousands of balloons on memorial day since they end up in the ocean and animals choke on them, but i didn't win that one. I intend to try again. I had evidence last time, but now i've accumilated more.

I suspect that raccoons are eating from our passion fruit vine...

Wow! We don't have raccoons in my neighborhood! The woods are a 45 minute drive away, about. But you know what's odd? A few weeks ago my brother and some friends saw a raccoon wandering in the neighbors yard! It was quite large and healthy looking, and we assume it is either someone's loose pet or perhaps wild animals are migrating back.
