For anybody who enjoyed that video of America Sings I posted a link to, you can see this rather brilliant piece of animation by a fan that turns the show into a cartoon! (Albeit an unfinished one.) So now you see the annoying, squeaky giggly weasel in hand-drawn form. hauntedmansion-northside.blogspot.com/2009/03/america-sings.htmlI must say, he makes the little guy seem a lot nastier... and therefore more weaselly.

Good gosh, lotta links ._.
I still don't understand why none of the WFRR crew was there.

Um... was where? I don't understand. Do you mean that they're not in the guide, or in any other Disney work? All we have of the Toon Patrol is WFRR (including the graphic novel adaptation), a couple of children's books, and Car Toon Spin. I'm not really sure why they have so few appearances, but my best guess is that it's because they died in the movie.

Well, Benny the Cab had at least a single cameo... a funny one, yes- but still, it's very small. WFRR really should've become a franchise like it deserves to be, I think.

Yeah, I see very few of the stuff online. Though one question, was it a bit hit, like box office or something similar, when it came out? Cause how much of an impact on the audience is a necessity to

A quick check on the Wikipedia article says that it was the second-highest grossing film of the year, so I'd say it was a big hit. There was a pretty big Roger Rabbit craze for a while there, until Amblin objected to it for God knows what reason (I'm not sure where I heard that, so don't quote me). The world that Roger Rabbit lives in one of the most brilliant fictional worlds ever created, and Roger is as good a cartoon character as any other major cartoon star, I think. I feel that the death of the Roger Rabbit franchise is what caused the slow death of the classic cartoon Renaissance. The more I look at it, the more I see that so many more things could've been done in the classic cartoon style, if a lot of these projects had more success. Disney was thinking of doing a Mickey Mouse feature, for crying out loud! Nowadays it's kind of a enthusiast subculture that seems bigger in Europe.
And because of that, I think, Disney weasels never really had a chance.

Are you also counting the lone weasel from Magical Tetris Challenge and the trio from Mickey's Speedway USA?

Let me just sum up of what I think of that situation.
That sucks. But, excuse my brain inferiority, but who's Amblin?

Are you also counting the lone weasel from Magical Tetris Challenge and the trio from Mickey's Speedway USA? That would be "The Weasels" for Mickey's Speedway USA, which was in this guide before you joined this forum, and "Weasel" for Magical Tetris Challenge, which is one of the two I just posted. Amblin is Speilberg's production company, who co-produced it and pretty much owns half of the Roger Rabbit franchise.
