I just took a look at my own DVD, and it seems that the eBay item has been cropped. I don't think it's at a different angle- it looks as though the eBay item cut off some parts. Namely, Stupid's presence.
Unfortunately, an evidence tag covers most of him on the DVD- you can just see the tip of his nose and him clutching his forehead...
Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Psycho would fire a gun if he had one in his hand even if they weren't chasing after someone. He's not the type I'd hand a gun to...
Also, I'm pretty sure that car's not actually moving...
