I think this may be the category Greasy is supposed to fit into: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PachucoWhat do you guys think? The zoot suit, greasy combed-back hair, Mexican slang, situated around LA... it's all there.

Yeah, as I was young I had that feelings that he must be a Mexican, like me. I never knew my mothers family. My father has told me that my mothers parents are from Mexico. I have noticed some similarities between Greasy and my, but i didn't kmew why.

Yeah, its historically acurate with Greasy being a part of that culture. I always thought he was Mexican too. I'm not Mexican myself, (i'm scottish, irish, german, french, mohawk indian, african, and dutch) but the majority of my friends are mexican, so i'm familiar with the culture. Know what's cool? There's this store i've been to a few times that sells zoot suits, and its called 'El Pachuco'. Neat store! (i bought the chain for my smartass doll there)

wow, cool! In Germany you canĀ“t buy any things of that, no zoot suits, no fedoras, no black/white shoes. Nothing!

Nothing? That sucks!!! I wonder why they don't sell that stuff where you are. If you ever want to get that kind of clothes you should buy over the internet. For months i was trying to find spats, but not even zoot suit stores had them, so i ended up ordering them online.
