Those are all the ones that are about weasels. I've got several other Roger Rabbit comics that are unscanned, but I'm primarily concerning myself with finding more weasels. My collection isn't complete, so there may be more on the way.
Foreign language one? I'm assuming you're talking about the Br'er Weasel folder. Those aren't my scans, for one thing- they're from coa.inducks.com, a database of Disney comics, so they're all individual images from many different issues.

So my personal theory is that a toon is born when they're drawn, but when they're Dipped, the only way to bring them back is to photograph a cel of them.
I didn't really "explain" that brother thing- it could very well be that the writers thought they were all literally brothers. I just find that so implausible, even though they're toons, that it just makes more sense to treat the word "brother" as an affectionate term.

Oh! Almost every one of the new weasels has been given a name by one of the members here. Here's a visual guide collage I made:

That image only includes the ones that can be safely placed into the late Forties, just so you know. I haven't quite completed my guide to the ones from the 1952 Goofy short How to be a Detective and onward... they're a little harder to keep track of since they're not related to the Roger Rabbit franchise, and a good deal of them are in video games.

Oh I found that Goofy short recently and really liked it!! Goofy is as good as usual, and the weasel guy in that one is reallly cool
The other ones I found were...from one of my favorite show, Disney's Bonkers, (haven't seen the episode)

and British animated show called The legends of treasure island. They had gray weasel with striped shirts as one of the crew. I saw the show loong time ago, and found opening on youtube. Shows up in the middle.

Oh, I've got him already. Went through the entire "Weasel picture thread" for that one! I've also got a dubbed Russian version of the episode in .AVI format, but I don't think the link I got it from would work...
British? Sorry, but I'm only looking for Disney weasels. Any that are made by other companies in the golden era are second priority, and only concern one of my original characters.

“Slithy” (named by me)
The Resurrection of Doom
A sneaky, amoral weasel who conceives the plan to bring Judge Doom back from the dead. I get the impression that he's slightly deranged. Has a long, drooping nose that hangs down in front of his mouth and squinting, wrinkled eyes. His hair is (usually) black and messy. Wears a purple zoot suit and fedora, including loose pants and large awkward shoes. Resembles Smarta** somewhat.

“Doofus” (named by my brother)
The Resurrection of Doom
Big, tall and dumb- only speaks in simple sentence fragments. He's unusually tall for a weasel, and sports a red shock of hair and large round eyes. He wears a bright green jacket and buttoned shirt, lime green pants, a (usually) blue-green tie, all baggy, and a grey bowler. Resembles Stupid somewhat.

“Al” (named by Weasel Freak)
The Resurrection of Doom
Short, bald, and weird-looking weasel who resembles a cross of Psycho, Flasher and Peter Lorre. His head is mostly smooth (besides the usual brown) except for some black (or red) hair springing out of the back of his head. He has large, mostly vacant bulging eyes, is constantly panting and hanging his tongue out, and rarely (if ever) speaks. Rather obviously mentally damaged. His only clothing is a large, Silly-Putty-pink trench coat.
Named after Ed the Hyena, whom he strongly resembles.

“Perfesser” (named by me)

Tall, breaded, and grey, and wears a bright blue graduation gown and cap. He teaches other weasels how to be evil, sneaky, and conniving. Obviously wants to appear smart.

“Pumkin” (named by Weasel Freak and me)

Extremely short and appears to be somewhat goofy and hillbilly-like. Wears a black and orange striped shirt and a large orange hat, reminiscent of Jed Clampett.

“Puck” (named by Weasel Freak)

Tall, and wears a lime green trench coat and hat.

“Squint” (named by Weasel Freak)

Short, with a red and yellow beanie and red turtleneck sweater, and dark brown fur. Almost always squints menacingly, and appears to be a juvenile delinquent.

“Ezra” (named by me)

The tallest of all, emphasized by his ridiculously tall brown top hat which measures up to a third of his body. Also wears a black jacket, orange bow tie and white *collar*, and sports dark grey fur. Seems to be the most experienced when it comes to what Perfesser teaches. Named after the tall skeletal Hitchhiking Ghost, whom he resembles somewhat.

Winnie Weasel
Beauty Parlor Bedlam
Winnie is clearly meant to be Jessica Rabbit's weasel counterpart and rival. Whether or not Winnie is to Minnie (Mouse) as Wario is to Mario is unknown. Why she shares the same first name with Pooh is also unknown.
Like Jessica, she's a bombshell, with an idealized hourglass figure. But because she's a blonde and Jessica is a redhead, which apparently are preferred, she never got the roles she wanted and Jessica got them instead. Another major difference is her bizarrely large lips. She wears a simple yet elegant pink dress with white trim, gold hoop earrings, and pink high heels.
Her main motivation is revenge, jealousy and the allure of stardom, and when we see her, she has a plan to make Jessica ugly and replace her in the eyes of the public. But because she's a bad guy toon weasel, who are inherently failures in the face of traditional Good vs. Evil archetypes, her plan goes horribly wrong.

Br'er Weasel
recurring character in Br'er Rabbit/Song of the South comics
Br'er Weasel has proved himself to have the longest career of any weasel character still around today. One could say his roots begin with the Uncle Remus story “How Wattle Weasel was caught” from the collection Nights with Uncle Remus, but it is unknown if any of the folks at Disney were thinking of this story when they created him.
Despite this, Br'er Weasel as he is known now was created the same year as the release of Song of the South, in 1946. This both predates the events taking place in WFRR (1947), and the release of The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad (1949), which is the basis for all future Disney weasels. This makes him the very first Disney weasel ever, with a longer career than any of them!
Br'er Weasel has always had the unusual costume of a well-to-do cowboy, with a big, broad white hat, brown or black jacket, string tie, blue pants and brown leather cowboy boots. He also has a distinctive curly black mustache, and always has grey fur. And finally, he can also be seen wearing white gloves on occasion.
Because of his early conception, he has several physical traits not often seen in other Disney weasels. Although the shape of his head wasn't consistent until his revival in recent years, it tends to be long and pointed, almost like a curved carrot, unlike the rounded, almost sausage-like snout most of the others have. Another distinctive feature is his long tail, where most of the weasels have a short stumpy one or none at all. Although the artists frequently forget to draw it, the only other Disney weasels who have tails that long are featured in the “Heffalumps and Woozles” sequence. Unlike weasels in real life, all except for one in said sequence have tails with fluffy fur and rounded tips- this includes Br'er Weasel, although it is sometimes pointed like a dog's. Finally, Br'er Weasel is never seen with any visible teeth, unlike the commonly plain-to-see sharp ones of Mr. Toad and its derivatives.
He is most often depicted as a sneaky, conning liar. (More info to come as I collect the comics he appears in...)

Wally Weasel
The Trouble with Toons!
Wally seems to have joined forces with a different criminal leader after Judge Doom died, namely a brightly colored, big-mouthed toucan mobster named Big Bill. Wally plays the smart one in your classic “smart bad guy, dumb bad guy” duo, making it likely that he's second-in-command. His partner is Bub.
His appearance, while fairly typical at first glance, shows itself to have some unusual features- the first thing most people would notice is his extremely narrow, almost snake-like eyes, ending in a curl like in ancient Egyptian art. He also has the distinction of being the only weasel known so far to have pointed, spidery, almost graceful fingers and hands, instead of the usual rounded, sometimes sausage-like fingers of all the others. One notices his sharp teeth more than others, as well.
His clothing is fairly simple, consisting of what seems to be his trademark lime green bowler, matching jacket, white buttoned shirt, and pale yellow tie. The coloring is very inconsistent, sometimes confusing him and Bub's clothing color, and leaving their fur color uncertain. In fact, some panels make it look as though the colorists thought they wore pants.
Otherwise, his expression leaves the impression that he's frequently sneering or glaring at things, making it seem as though he has a very low opinion of other people, but mostly Bub, who he calls a dummy. He also often seems slimy and angry.

I'm glad you liked it. I hope it's useful to everyone here.

The only reason I can think of for him being pink is because the writers and artists were actually making a sequel to the graphic novel adaptation instead of the movie itself. We're just lucky it doesn't contradict with the movie otherwise! Him being pink instead of yellow seems to be the only difference.
Because of that, I can either dismiss his pink color as a mistake on the comic's artists' part, or a mistake on the Evil Ink & Paint Lady's part.
