Do the CGI characters (like Randall Boggs, Woody, Flick, Sid, Diego etc.) live in Toontown too? Or do they have their own little world?  |

Or Flash Town, don't forget some cartoons like Homestar Runner and Fosters are now flash-made.

Or Clay Town for the clay animation movies like Nightmare before Christmas, Wallace and Gromit, Chicken Run, etc.

Hmm...this is sort of starting to make the tunnel a maze. Do you think that the other towns have an opening song? Like in WFRR a few of the toons starts singing "Smile, Darn ya, Smile" when you enter Toon Town.

I think they live in Toon Town too. In my fics they live in Toon Town as Toons from Animated movies and Cartoon TV-shows. Even Anime live in my Toon Town.

Yep, and The Star Wars Characters live in Galactic City and the other Characters live of course, in Hollywood.
