Different voice actor????

I was looking at some Roger Rabbit Car Toon spin ride, and I found this video briefly featuring the weasels:

That's Greasy! But, he sounds very different... I'm wondering if Charles Fleischer did him, or someone else did. It kinda worries me, since we hardly hear him talk except saying three lines in the movie. I googled it, and on some site it said the Rob Paulson did Greasy. Wait, on wikipedia and some sort of blog it said the Charles did Greasy! I'm very confused here... Which site should I rely on?

I noticed the difference in the voice, but I don't know for sure, in my opinion it might've been Rob Paulson.. But it's an opinion.
