Wow cool. I was thinkin' Kevin Clash as Psycho, too! In a voice that sounds like Elmo or Baby Sinclair from Dinosaurs!

Found a video clip of "Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas" and this is the part where The Riverbottom Nightmare Band play their rock-and-roll song. If you listen closely you can hear Jerry Nelson performing the weasel Muppet and he sounds very similar to Smart Guy. Also if you listen closely, the snake Muppet sounds a bit like Psycho which is really surprising since Jim Henson (God bless his soul) performed the snake.
