If they can't die from getting stabbed or something heavy falling on them can they die from Cancer or drowning or something like that?

who knows in my fanfic they can get hurt no matter what but toons are toons

A lot of toons really don't feel much pain (except maybe for Greasy getting his hand in the bear trap).
