I actually love listening to Enya or my Nature Quest "Wolf Song" CD whenever I need help falling asleep. "8 Melodies" from Mother Zero - or the very first game in the Earthbound trilogy - is a wonderful choice (it's fantastic on long car/plane/boat trips). There are many you can choose from. I highly prefer these and it's not just because I have them on my iPod.
