I used to think Stupid's voice was done by Frank Welker. Frank is a veteran cartoon voice actor, particularly animal characters, such as Abu from Aladdin. Anywho, I thought it was Frank Welker doing the voice of Stupid, until I read the cast list. Still sounds a lot like Frank Welker, though. I can recognize Welker anywhere, no matter what kind of voice he does.

I don't like Stupid's French voice, as heard on the French dub track on the DVD. He sounds like a reeeeally old man.
