I thought Stupid's voice sounded familiar, so I looked up his voice actor, Fred Newman, on imdb.com. For all you "Doug" fans, he was the voice of Skeeter and Mr. Dink. Next time you watch the movie, listen to Stupid's laugh and compare it to Mr. Dink. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I've seen "Doug" a few times. Mr. Dink's voice does kinda sound like Stupid, but a lot more goofier.
