I'd think Psycho or Wheezy
Psycho is VERY hyperactive, and nobody could possibly catch him.
Though Wheezy does seem like a good candidate, remember he DOES Have a tommy gun, which shoots more rounds then the other's guns, and also he is more used to doing hard labor so I think he's stronger then most of them.
Usually in fights it's either the one with the best weapon, or the fastest to dodge.
