So, after taking a good look at the toon patrol's car, I realized that the cop station for the Toon Town, or any law for Toon Town on that matter, has been formed since 1791 (Or 1781.)
That's incredibly old, especially during the time the movie took place.
That makes me think, but has Toontown, by historical standards, been there longer than most/any other city in California?
That basically means, if the car was correct, that the law deparatment/Toon Town has been there before animation was even a thought in mind.
