What's up with Smartass's left/right pinky? Everytime he's holding something, he's always flashing a pinky.
I mean, is it for good manners or to just makes himself look good?

maybe it's a dignity/arrogant thing. don't royalty and high class people do it? maybe he's just trying to show he's the leader.

Raising a pinky, mostly common in England, is considered good manners.
So what message is he trying to convey?
"Hey, I'm a super awesome and handsome cop that where's pink. I'm sensitive and strong."
