Maybe peppy, but not totally peppy. Cause Stupid is like a little kid, he's Stupid, but in a more immature-ish way. For species... erm, hmm weasel like him probably. Dunno, that's a toughie =\

I see Stupid with a Quiet Girl because they would both be to shy to say anything to each other. And for his species he would go with a Weasel.
