Actually... he doesn't seem that cruel to Stupid. Granted their not on screen for long, but from what I saw, this doesn't seem to be the case.
At the only scene we see him fully interact with the others, in Eddie's office when they were all laughing, he hit the three weasels with a soap bar and a plunger, but he just threw the plunger ar Stupid in a way that would shut him up (that still would have hurt most likely if they were real, but their didnt seem to be any intention of actual harm).
Than again, I hear they appear in the Roger Rabbit comics, and only read the one with Whinnie Weasel in it, so for all I know, he treats Stupid like the way you guys say.
I'd love to discuss this stuff with anyone!
