Who's your favorite director or a director you admire?
For me, I'd say Steven Spielberg.
For one thing, I'm not normally scared of sharks, but watching his movie, Jaws, even I must admit that shark was one huge, terrifying thing!
E.T. is one other movie in my list that makes my heart warm. You gotta admit it's heart warming!
Another movie I love is Schindler's List. No movie had ever made me bawl like a baby than that movie. Spielberg really deserved an award for making that movie.

Quentin Tarantino and Tim Burton. I love Quentin's movies because they're all mixed up and full of action. Many of my favorite movies are by him. (i.e. Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Deathproof, Jackie Brown...) I like Tim Burton because of his first two Batman movies (he did an awesome job) and his movies are all really good, and I love most of the dark themes he has. Although his movies are overrated :/

Tim Burton for sure!!! (we once had a cat named Jackie Brown, because my brother really likes that movie! I only have seen part of it, but I want to check out the whole film sometime)
Yes, Schindler's List is an excellent movie. I saw it in history class in the 10th grade, and as much as I thought it was a great piece of film, I was totally drained and depressed all week long. It's so long that it took the whole week to finish the movie.
