The End of Toon Town? Weasels vs The O-tokurashi

Prologue

Sometime, long before The Toons found Animeville, Toon Town faced a Monster, a beast that was known as "THE FREEWAY!" The wicked toon, known as Doom, tried to destroy Toon Town with the dreaded dip. But he was foiled by Detective Valiant and the same Dip he was going to use on Toon Town.

While Toon Town was save, with The will of Marvin Acme showing that The Toons would live in Toon Town, a few wanted to Crush and Demolish the town of Toons for their own use. After The Meeting of The Toons and Animes, Toon Town faced the terror of CHAOS, a evil Organization determined To Conquer The World! But other threats now were appearing. as even the idea for riches was enough for those with the money and power to take what they want, or destroy it.

The O-tokurashi was such that group: It was a group of The Rish and Powerful that had one goal on their minds: The World. It was once headed by The Evil Saddam Hussain, till his failed attempt to conquer Canada failed. The O-tokurashi almost fell apart.

Till a new leader took over, with a new idea in mind.

Chapter One: Evil Plots and Meetings

Warehouse District, Animeville Docks

"I don't know why she called us here" Mr Burns said as he and a two others, One Being a Hutt Named Ziro and the other being Nute Gunray, Viceroy of The Trade Federation. These three had been called late at night by Her.

"Don't ask me." Ziro The Hutt said, "Waking beings up in the middle of the night." "I agree," Gunray said, "It is not reasonable for us to be up and out here!" stating the fact that unlike near by Toon Town, which crime was rare, Animeville was The Crime Capital of The Planet, namely in H-Town (The Red Light District) and here in The Docks.

But for Her, they had come.

When the new leader of The O-tokurashi (Japanese for Autocrat) came, talking on the phone at first, then on the Internet. The Members doubted her at first, till she caused the stocks of Enron to fall and destroyed that member of The O-tokurashi, she showed then that she could make them powerful......or Destroy them financially, like she did with many of Them who questioned her rule.

Now three of the founders were heading for one warehouse, one of the many meeting places The O-tokurashi had around for secert meetings.

This was Warehouse 666, or as it is also called "Satan's Warehouse" because of the number it had.

This warehouse seemed guarded by a Bunch of Agent Smiths and Cobra Vipers, since the Fourth Founder was also there, Destro, Second in Command of COBRA and head of MARS weapons Enterprises. Ziro saw The Scottish man in the Iron mask that was the symbol of Clan Destro.

"Well, seems you three also got woken up also." Destro said, "No thanks to our leader" Mr Burns said. The Four soon went into The Warehouse.

In it was only one thing: a Mirror. In it, a female figure, no one stood in front of The Mirror. The person in the Mirror was The leader of The O-tokurashi.

The Mirror was one of those Neherenia, Queen of The Dead Moon Circus had sold in her get-richer scheme. This Mirror was the only way to talk to her, but there were two more, One She had and the other was in The Main Base near Old Animeville. they could not see her face as she looked to be in shadows.

"It is time." She said, "Soon, we will make our dreams come true" "Your Dreams you meen." Mr Burns said very rudely, "Your plots and plans have not been told to us." the others agreed, all but Destro, who stood there. "Destro knows of what I plan," the woman in the Mirror said. "You will fallow my orders."

and with that, the shade disappered.

The Three turned to Destro. "What was she talking about." Viceroy Gunray said. "My Dear Viceroy," Destro said, "Have you ever heard of the DIP?"

Chapter Twp: Dude, Where is our van (aka: Super DIP run)

In Toon Town that Morning. Wheezy was fixing up pancakes for breakfast. It looked to be a normal day.... a mary sue day of nothing, But fate (and The Arthor being the all powerful one he was) would stab Mary-Sue with a Candy Can and dump her body in the river for The Newspaper boy tossed the morning paper on the steps of the Weasels Home.

"I'll get it." Psycho said as he got up from the chair, got to the porch and smiled. It was a nice day, Trees were in leaf, Birding Singing, The Toon Patrol Van Missing from the drive way........

"OH MY GOD!!" Psycho yelled.

"that was Psycho!" Greasy said, The others soon ran to the door. "What's wrong, Psycho?" Smart Guy said, only to see that something was missing.

Stupid said it first "Dude, Where's our van?"

Later, the Toon Town Police was at the since of the Car-napping. "I know we parked it where we always parked it" Smart Guy said, "I parked it my self." Cheif O'Hare was writeing the report. "ok," The Cheif said, "we will put out a APB on your van and we will find the perp who done it." "I hope so," Wheezy said, "we had our weapons in there and that cake I was to have at The Bake Sale." The bake sale he was talking about was The Annual Toon Bake Goods sale to raise money for the very under payed Toon Town Police (With The Resession and all happening, The Califonian Goverenmet cut their Bugget in half.)

On a Highway heading to San Fancisco, a tanker truck, escorted by The Highway Patrol was taking a deadly cargo to be placed underthe control of The US Navy. So that it would not fall into the wrong hand.

"Breaker, Breaker." The driver, a Toon Dog said, "This is ToxTruck to all you guys out there, watch out for any odd happenings on the road." As It Convoy drive on, one could see that The tanker had been marked as Clemical Hazard, this was deadly to many, mainly if drunk by humans, but it was also deadly to Toons and Animes.

This was the deadlier version of DIP known as "Super DIP" as it had someting added; Hydrocorlic Acid, it was the only thing that could kill even a Anime, unlike Normal DIP.

The Convoy soon came to a stop as the driver saw that a landslide blocked the path. "Seems some rocks have blocked the highway." the Toon Dog said.

Then he looked at the escort, seeing what they were doing as he saw it: Odd looking tanks and helicopters appeared behind them and on the rockpile, Troops dressed in blue uniforms, with the same symbol on their chest: a Red Cobra Head.

The Driver reached for his radio, only to have a sword pointed at his head by a Ninja in red and white. "You will not call for help, if you value your life." The Ninja, named Storm Shadow, said.

The Highway patrolers were captured, even through a few tried to fight, only to get shot, The Vipers, Rattler Helicopter and HISS tanks had Captured this Convoy and others.

Chapter Three: The Serach for the car and The Georgian Red Head..

"Ok guys." Smarty told the others, "We have to solve this crime and find our Van." Smart Guy had decided to find their van. "We know that sometime before sunrise, someone took the van for a joy ride to somewhere with the intention to not give it back."

*Duh, who might have done it?" Stupid asked. "that we will find out." Smart Guy said.

All over Toon Town, The Toon Police and The Weasels were looking high and low. Word had gotten out about the car theft and many were worried that their cars would be next.

Greasy and Psycho were asking any witnesses that might have been in the area, they also talked to a few suspects

"I never touch that Van!" Ace said, the rest of The Gangreen Gang Agreed with him.

"Why would I want Van?" Shego said, "It clashes with my outfit."

"I am a Lion!, I can't Drive" Scar said.

"MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" was all they out out of Dr Tomoe

There were no leads in the case and it seemed to be a dead end. "Great, not even the villains know what happened to our van." Wheezy said, forlorn, since his cake was also gone with the van. "We will find the Perps, no worries." Stupid said, trying to cheer Wheezy up. "I hope we do find the van." Greasy said, "Because O'Hara wants us now, something's happened."

The News had come in that one of the ten convoys had been taken, soon more news of the other nine convoys came in, all gone and many toons soon started getting afraid. They Knew what the Convoys had: The Dreaded Super DIP. and the idea of some wackos having it scared many to the core.

The Weasels had entered the Police station and entered O'Hara's office.

He was waiting for them, along with another visitor. She looked to be a Human-like Anime, wearing some odd suit and had red hair. "Ah, Toon Patrol!" Chief O'Hara said. "We have a bit of a problem on our hands. Today, Ten Convoys, all Carrying Tanks of Super DIP had been stopped and high jacked" "any Leads on who done it?" Smart Guy said. The Red head turned to them, speaking in a Georgian Accent "Only one lead is that this is the work of a few Snakes." She said.

"And you are?" Smarty asked. "I am Sargent Shana M. O'Hara. Code name: Scarlett" She said

Chapter Four: Terror of The Snake

At Cobra's latest base.....

"Destro, Remind me why we are using the Rent-a-Lair again." Cobra Commander asked his second in Command as The Cobra Troops were moving thing into the Rental Villain Hideout, which in Cobra Commander's words was more of a 'Rent-a-junker' as the place was more trashed then The Dreadnok's Base in The swamp was.

"It was cheep, my Dear Cobra Commander." Destro told his boss and the bane of his Stock market quotes as Cobra was geting more bankrupt, along with M.A.R.S Armerment builders (which Destro ran as he was the boss) "Besides, It was The Boss of the O-tokurashi that said that this was a good place to hide the Super DIP." Cobra Commander shrugged. "Well, our allies might need convinceig." He pointed to Mr Burns and Nute Gunray. Both of whom hated the place.

"Anyways, Commander, your ally in this endenver has said we would get The Super DIP and we have it." Destroy said. The Boss as she (Destro thought the person was female) was known had told Cobra The route the convoy had took and how to get the convoy.

It was time for Cobra to show it's fangs soon.

Back in Toon Town. The Weasels were in shock as Scarlet told them about the hist. "Cobra Ambushed the convoy near San Fancisco. The escourting Police were killed but the truck drivers were allowed to go free." The G.I. Joe Agent told the Weasels.

"This seems odd for Cobra." Smart Guy said, "Why go after a Tanker Convoy that was carrying Corn Oil?" Scarlet sighed, "I do not know ether, but The Corn Oil story is a Cover." She said, "the Top Brass at the Pentagon said it was top secret."

"Duh..What was in The Trucks really?" Stupid asked. Greasy turn to stupid, "The Senorita don't know ether>" The Mexican Weasel told his friend.

"And I got a feeling this will be bad." Psycho said, shanking like he was cold.

It was said the Snake would always put off a Coldness before it struck it's victim.

Anyways, before I Start The Next Chapter a few things I will tell you about.

I will start on Two Fanfics of the Animeville Saga: "Animeville: The Rise of CHAOS" will be the fic that will show the beginings of Animeville and The Rise of The Villian Organization known as CHAOS.

Also "Animeville: Who Framed Pikachu?" will tell the story of Sango, Demon Slayer and how she rose to soon become The Sheriff of Animeville

Chapter Five: where the van has been all this time....

The big question was in the minds of the Toon Patrol: Where was their Van?

It would bug their minds for a long while, but unknowingly, in Animeville, someone was waking up to the fact that a strange van was parked near her apartment.

Misato Katsuragi wake up as usual to the smell of Shinji Ikari's cooking and PenPen asking for his breakfast.. Starting out the day with a can of her Beer, then Screaming out of the Top of her lungs, and sitting down to Shinji's homemade pancakes.

Then in came the Red head terror, Asuka, coming into the dinning room. She soon looked out the window. "Why is the Toon Patrol here?" Asuka said.

Misato was confused and came to the window and saw the The Toon Patrol Van was parked right outside her apartment. "That is odd." Misato said.

She had not remember last night, but here is why the van was there: Misato had been to a Party (Along with many of NERV High Command.) held by KaibaCorp and Kanzaki Heavy Industries to unveil a new weapon: The Mach 4 Heavy EVA Cannon, made for Giant robots and EVAs everywhere. Lest to say Misato got drunk on Soda and walked around The outskrits of Animeville and Toon Town, enteringing Weasel Territory and unknownly stole The Toon Patrol Van, thinking it was her car (which was still over at KaibaCorp's Main Building).

What Misato did that night would later save the Toon Patrol.
