Si ^^ I'm Latino, but most of the Spanish I know, I learned in school xD I remember my grandma trying to teach me Spanish when I was a little kid, but I could never seem to pronounce the words right >.<

What a small world, so am I. School helped me out with my Spanish a lot, but now I seem to be forgeting more and more words every day. ^_^;

I absolutely hate my Spanish teacher... But I'm in Spanish club and I'm taking a 3rd year of Spanish. Just because I love Spanish and I love learning new languages (although Spanish isn't exactly new to me anymore).

...I try to say random things in Spanish once a day... Just to make sure I don't forget too much. I think I've forgotten a lot over the summer, though =(

I'm taking AP Spanish this school year. I think it's gonna be harder than ever. I had a pretty strict teacher last year, and I'm getting her again this year.

I know what you mean, I had some troubles today explaining something to my mom. My parents both speak spanish, but it's mostly my mom I have to talk Spanish to.

We don't have AP Spanish. We have Spanish 1, 2, and 3. We don't have any other foreign languages either... Our school's pretty lame.

I think ours is lame now, because they complety banned iPods and cell phones from our school!

Eh...Kids should know better than to have their electronics out in class. But as long as you keep them turned off and in your backpack, I don't see the problem. The only way to get caught with them is to have them out, anyway. I keep my mp3 player and cell phone with me because I have to wait like an hour after school for my mom, and I need something to keep me occupied xD Also, my mom is late sometimes so I need my phone to call and make sure she hasn't forgotten about me, or possibly to call someone else for a ride.

So, I don't really see what the problem is, as long as it's not disrupting class or anything.

That's why I think it sucks. It's the dumb kids who take 'em out. I always keep mine hidden in my jeans and pull out my iPod when it's like free time. But it really seems like a Nazi thing right now to me. Maybe it'll get better later in the year. *shrug*

We have a bunch of kids like that. They need to be slapped. They ruin it for everyone.
