Hmmm you all know that he got (lightly) dipped, and he appeared to be fine at the end. I simply thought 'oh he's a cab, he got the tire replaced' but then, it's still part of his body....and I feel he's pretty much an organic being, just in car shape.
So do you think if some toon guy lost only his...hand or limb by the DIP, can it be replaced? Redrawn? hmmm. I imagine it's possible...

I'll bet he could get a tire change. Hmmm... I suppose a toon could get a lost or damaged limb redrawn. I don't see why not. ^^

i always kinda figured his tires kinda "melted" back into place, you know, the ink ran a bit and sealed itself back up. either that, or he got a tire change.
