Of course! I can't take anyone's character without givin' em credit xD Its just not me! And yeah, she can still be Smarty's sweetheart! (frankly, Kilo isn't very fond of him, she's into Slimy)
And yeah, I'll give ya's a sneak preview! I'm workin' on a short maybe 2 to 3 chapter fic, on when she meets the rest of the Toon Patrol ^w^ It won't have any other OC this time, but I work on a lot of little adventure spin-off's featuring her and maybe some OC's if anyone asks!

He was skeptical about havin' his little sis fallin' in love with his co-worker, and throughout the spin-off's, he'll warm up to it eventually. It'll take a while though, he acts like one of those paranoid parents who always thinks their kid's girlfriend or boyfriend is gonna do something 'evil' to 'em xD

awww, he's protective! he's so sweet! ^_^ in my fics (which were written before i met u, so rest assured i didn't copy u), he kinda treats Dizzy like his little sister - he likes to tick her off, but if she's in trouble he'll help her out. i bet he's even MORE like that with Kilo, 'cause she really IS his little sister, eh? Blood's thicker than water, after all. Even when my own little sis is insulting Smart Guy just to tick me off, there's still nothing i wouldn't do for her or her twin.

I love writing about older sibs and how they're like a protective parent xD Its fun to have 'em tick each other off and make the most sarcastic remarks at one another. In my fics, Wheezy makes sarcastic remarks to Kilo ONLY. xD Why? He thinks its funny. But she makes remarks not only to big bro, but to EVERYONE! xDDD She'll get on anyone's nerves. But no matter what, they're still there for eachother
