So, who else likes these boisterous and brash birds of Dumbo? Remember "When I See an Elephant Fly"? Remember the Magic Feather? Without the crows, we might not even have a flying elephant...
Anyways, the crows aren't racist! Sure, maybe they are a little bit of stereotypes, but take a look at them. They're just like Dumbo. Outcasts. They're the few characters who are kind to him, because they share his plight. They're also really funny, and are the only ones to really go through a large personality change (cruel and mocking to clever and caring).
So, who's who? You may not know it (since they're not mentioned in the film), but the crows have names based on their looks, making it easier to tell them apart:
Jim/Dandy (depending on the source): The leader crow, the one smoking the cigar.
Glasses: The little one with the pink lensed glasses that gets the Magic Feather plucked out of him (seen on my avatar
Fat: The short and round one.
Preacher: The tall and skinny one with the pince-nez glasses resting on his beak.
Straw Hat: the middle sized one with the topless straw hat.
By the way, when you watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit, during Jessica's musical number, the crows are her backup band! (on promotional items/merchandise, the crows look more like their original looks, but sport blue tuxes)

I used to LOVE the crows when I was little! In fact, when I was four, I was their biggest fan!
