First of all, Stupid and Psycho didn't even drive in the movie, so how would you know if Stupid can't drive or Psycho would drive like nuts? Yeah, Wheezy would probably do that, but remember, kids in the 40's not only smelled their parents smoking, but most of them smoked, too, so saying smelling a burnt-out cigarette is bad is pointless. And of course Greasy would crash into someone if they cut him off while he was driving! He wouldn't have time to turn, just like everybody else!

Smartass does crazily swurve all over the road, but i still consider him the best driver, because despite speeding, zig-zagging, and chasing after Benny, he retains good cooridination and avoids all obstacles. I dunno how he doesn't get in a wreck, but he sure doesn't, so hats off to that. Plus due to that crafty spur-of-the- moment detour Smartass makes that winds him up right where he wants to be- at the opposite end of the alley in a head-on collision with Benny (if it weren't for Benny's wheels elevating him), he surely must know his way around the many streets and roads of LA quite well, so he deserves credit for that too.

XD They say that SA wasn't supposed to crash into someone else's car, but they just left it like that and it gave more "malice" to the character.
