jeez! mine reads -20 F! No lie - it's below zero as is, but the windchill brings it down another twenty degrees.
this morning i brought my camera out to photograph the BEAUTIFUL woods i live in (it snowed last night...and all day before...and all night before...etc.) and i got to take GREAT pictures of the birds at my feeder! ^_^ adorable little Tufted Titmice ^_^ they're so friendly! i'll post them if anyone would care to see them. i also have pictures of seagulls that ppl tell me look almost pro. i think seagulls are beautiful. crows, too. i'm so wierd ^_^

Omg!! Seagulls and crows are my top two favorite birds!!! (And parrots cuz i have one) Yes!! Post your bird photos!!! I wanna see them!!  (I take it then that you like photography? I love it! I took it in high school. But i want to take some college courses on it and get a nice, proffessional quality camera someday. ^_^ ) |

aye, it's cold indeed! i do enjoy photography, mostly because i can get great reference and kind of get a piece of my subjects to hold on to, you know? i don't know, it's hard to describe. i love the animals and their habitats i photograph so much, i want to be able to look at them again and remember them. once i took a photograph of a raccoon that looked almost like a red panda (it really was red, not brown-grey, it literally was red). i took it on a very special vacation, and i got really close. it was a great picture. when i accidentally deleted it i almost cried. i'm still kicking myself for it.

I have a beautiful pic of the sunrise from my backyard. I didn't think it would come out that well cuz it's just a cheap disposable camera, but it came out lovely! |

It's always hot over here. I live in a desert. I agree with you on weather fatal, I prefer cold and rainy weather. I guess since all I see all day is sun and heat I get tired of it. I'm half Mexican, though apparently did not pick up the tanning trait My being part Irish helped with my pale complexion lol. But yes, the weather today was extremely hot and dry. Sometimes it's cold here, but never during the summer. Ever. |
