Okay, for those who have seen all of those movies, it can be a pretty tough question. I laughed my ass off at Monty Python, but Lemony Snicket was hilarious, Jimmy Neutron was awesome, City Slickers was really good, Animaniacs was really cute and I've got the Nations of the World song stuck in my head (Now THAT'S comedy!) plus Who Framed Roger Rabbit is my all-time favorite movie and I can't even describe how funny The Mask was. But I picked Monty Python. The speech is over; You may all wake up now.

Monty Python is hilarious! I haven't seen that film, but i have seen his stuff on tv. My father was a huge Monty Python fan. And the mask rocks as well. But i think Who Framed Roger Rabbit is the funniest of them all, so that is where my vote went to. The whole movie tickles me, but Smart Ass has (for me at least) the funniest lines, antics, personality, ect. of any character from anything. *P.S. That's cool that you like Monty Python, Weasel Freak! Besides you, the only people whom i know that like it is 2 of my friends and my dad!*

What's even more is that he studies and raises snakes. And guess who played his role in the movie?

Holy Grail is still a masterpiece, because there's still nothing like it- it's got to be the most anarchic stream-of-consciousness film ever made. One of the movies I laughed the hardest at was a version of a Gamera movie (Gamera is a giant turtle monster hero similar to Godzilla). Instead of the English voice-over being done straight, they had almost all the characters speak in hillbilly accents! I laughed so hard I hurt myself. Probably the most completely-off-the-deep-end comedy I've seen is It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. Once you think it can't get any more insane, it does, and so on until you're not so much laughing but staring at the thing with wide eyes.
Some of my favorites, off the top of my head: A Hard Day's Night, Help!, Magical Mystery Tour, Head, Ice Age, Looney Tunes: Back In Action, Duck Soup, Young Frankenstein, Man of the Century, Galaxy Quest, Ernest Saves Christmas...

So that Monty Python guy plays that role in Lemony Snickets, right? I saw the first half of that movie (the dvd died in the middle of the film) in high school, but i don't remember that much of it.

Do you know which of the Monty Python team was it?
EDIT: Oof. I just looked it up, and the person who played Dr. Montgomery Montgomery isn't one of the Pythons at all. He is in fact Billy Connolly- with whom I'm not at all familiar with, although I've heard his name and seen his face. You're likely confusing him with John Cleese, who he strongly resembles. Sorry if this disappoints any of you...

That's okay. Just remember that Monty Python isn't actually a real person... XP
The Mask, as well as WFRR, is part of what gave me my idea of what classic cartoons are like when I was younger. I used to watch Disney cartoons on TV, but then for years on afterward I was only able to see MGM Tex Avery and Looney Tunes. So about a third of what influenced WFRR was essentially unavailable for me to see. I've only recently been able to rediscover Mickey, Donald and Goofy. ...In fact, I've been rediscovering a lot of things I hadn't seen for years lately. I guess I'd kind of forgotten what I liked, especially when I was a kid, for a while there.
