Ranks....

I just noticed that all members in this board have ranks. I was sure that the ranks will change depending on how much posts you make in the sites. I reached over 100 posts, and I'm still a Recruit. Can someone tell me the ranks and how many posts you need to get to it??

150 posts made me a trainee, and 250 made me an experienced member. I don't know how it goes from there.
