yeah, but i dont think they actually stay dead. toons, after "dying," usually come back to earth just fine, so its not the same as dipping them, if thats what your saying.

I think a toon is only capable of coming back if they're needed in the next short or episode. I've mentioned this before, but it's possible that if you were a toon and got hit by an atom bomb or something off of the soundstage, it'd be a lot harder to come back. For instance, in the video game Toonstruck, the villain has some henchmen that are clearly unfinished sketches with missing facial features. The villain mentions at one point that he had brought them back from the dead, and with some diffculty at that. Of course, sometimes a toon can stay dead if it's in the script.

... Why are we detirmining if Toons will stay dead after they die from a video game? Besides, in WFRR, the policeman dude had stated that DIP was-- and probably still is-- the only way to kill a Toon. And the weasels' laughter problem makes an exception, because it appears that they, and their departed hyena cousins, are most likely the only type of Toons that have an increased risk of suffering and dying from fatal hilarity.

Sorry if I sound mean or detirmined, I don't know how else I can explain what I think.

I've always believed that the only way a Toon can truly die - meaning never come back - was being DIPPED.

I'm talking about a toon becoming an angel from exploding or in the weasel's case, laughing too hard- not about permanently dying from Dip. The point I was trying to make with giving an example from Toonstruck (which I think is just as legit as Tiny Toon Adventures and stuff like that, thank you very much) is that if you were to become an angel instead of vanishing from Dip, and were not required to appear on set for the next short or episode, it's possible that it'd be harder to come back. I give those characters as an example because it was difficult for them come back, possibly with the use of black magic or something, and could only return as unfinished sketches. (It is possible that they died from Dip, but that's unlikely.)
Dying and producing an angel with wings and and a harp, with the possibility of coming back, is entirely different from melting into a puddle of paint from being Dipped.

If toons get injuries, they just heal in seconds at least!
