I sleeping so soundly, dreaming about a battle arena.
There I was, walking up to one side of the pokeball that was painted on the ground, whilest the crowd cheers for me. My opponent sent out a Clefable, and I threw a pokeball, which released a Rapidash.
The Clefable tried to launch a metronome, but before it knew what was happening, my Rapidash spurted a rough flamethrower at it... And it fell to the ground, in a dead faint!
Through the cheering crowd, in a distance, I heard an annoying ringing sound...
I felt myself stir. What was that ringing noise?
I heard a horrible, low groan, and then realized it had come from me.
Slowly, I pulled myself up into an stable, though awkward, postion. After a few seconds I was aware of my alarm clock's ringing. I raised my hand- and nearly smashed it while trying to hit the button. Oh, well. It's a cheap little sucker, anyway.
At that moment, my sister barged into my room, slamming the door into the wall.
"Keith! Get up!" she shouted at me.
"Huh?"
"It's a new day. Get up and face its torture." And with that she quickly walked out of my room, slamming the door again.
"KEITH! Don't slam the doors!" My mom called from down below. I snarled to myself, but didn't bother to answer her. It would only end up in a fight, which my mother and sister would win, ruining my day. Or making it more ruined than it already was.
I sighed, literally hopped of bed, and pulled on some clothes lying on my nightstand: A black shirt, worn-out blue jeans and a red baseball cap advertising the Cubbies. (GO CUBS! SOX STINK!) My shoes are white with blue sides and red toes.
I walked downtairs and my mother ran up to me, saying, "Keith! Keith! Zyphron came by to see you today. He said it was an emergency."
"Uh-huh, great, see ya," I said.
