Have you ever noticed that the weasel's don't have long tail's like regular weasels? Had their tails been tail-docked? Which means a rubber band or something tight has been tied around their tails to cut off all circulation before cutting it off. They do that to dogs in some parts. So what are your opinions?

I believe so. Natural weasels have long tail's, and the Toon Patrol's tails are little stubs. Maybe Doom, cut them off.

Not sure about the other weasels, but I think Greasy's tail is hidden behind his huge jacket...that's just an opinion.

Here is what they say about tail docking dogs.
Puppies are normally just a few days old when their tails are docked. They are generally not even given any anesthetics to numb the pain of having their tails cut off. Compassionate veterinarians object to the arbitrary removal of body parts used for communication, balance, and expression. Dogs "talk" to their human companions and other dogs using their ears and tails.
If it pains dogs, why not Toon weasels?

They were made with no tails; They always had no tails...
Besides, they wouldn't be able to have their tails docked, cause they're Toons, remember? The only way to hurt a Toon is DIP...

Maybe they have short, stubby tails like a pembroke welsh corgi.
