This forum is pretty dead, but here we go.
"Smarty" - ENTJ (Te Ni Se Fi)
A strict boss, but a smart and flexible one. Te gives him strong management skills and blunt but efficient strategies for solving problems, while Ni makes his Te creative and situation-savvy. Se is his awareness of his environment, manifesting in his focus and quick response time. Being a TeSe means he likes to be in control of his surroundings and of himself. Fi is his deeply buried values that, because Fi comes last, almost only show up during stress. The best example of this is the tsundere "someday you're going to die laughing" scene.
ENFJs often come with a sense of charm and a taste for class and tradition, to balance out a desire to push forward and try new things. "Smarty" appreciates the finer things in life. He also finds it easy to manage people, because he can play to his underlings' individual strengths and weaknesses. However, he can come off as very stubborn and bossy, and this user can only imagine how many snarks aimed at him have replaced his actual name with "hard***."
Greasy - ESFP (Se Fi Te Ni)
Se means Greasy is incredibly environmentally aware and lives in the moment, but can rely on external pleasures too much, and combined with his Fi means he is also susceptible to impulsive and rash behavior. His strong Fi, being what he values and not emotions despite the name, manifests in Greasy's choice of social rebellion, pachuco subculture, hence the zoot suit. Te is lets him be quick and efficient when he wants to be, and lets him use to logic to separate himself from intense emotions or protect his values from criticism; this SeFi and Te balancing act can make him very "hot and cold." Ni, being his last function, is weak, and because it serves the first three functions' needs, it works differently than Smarty's. It supplies his ability to intuit the future and the unknown, and may make Greasy have instinctual "gut feelings" about certain situations, people and beliefs. Te and Ni working together gives him creativity, displayed in the "bricks" scene.
Greasy is often interpreted to be second-in-command, and it's not hard to see why "Smarty" and Greasy would make a good duo. They have the same functions, but the pairs are switched; this means that they use the same style of thought, but weigh one pair more heavily than the other. Despite being polar opposites personality-wise, they could easily forge an effective kinship based on mutual understanding.
