I'm a big fan of this Disney character. He's basically what gave birth to the start of Mickey Mouse. His cartoons are very old; from the 1920's. My favorite episode is "Bright Lights." Anybody else ever see this old cartoons from the silent era?

Anybody? tee-hee XD Uhmm... Well umm, my brother and friends and I stayed up late watching Oswald cartoons, then old Alice cartoons, which have a live action little girl in an animated world (it's also Disney and from the 1920's), and then some Heckle and Jeckle cartoons. We had a ball and laughed until it hurt. Then one friend and i began discussing how imma make an Oswald t-shirt for her. It'll be fun! X3

So...Disney ended up with Oswald after all. I knew Disney created him, but also that due to him being created while Walt was working for another studio, that studio had the rights to him. Glad that he 'came home'. I'm sure Walt would have been pleased.

Yes, it's about time that Disney got him back! I have a list here of all the Oswald cartoons that I have seen; I've been wanting to see Oswald since I was around 8, and finally I got to a couple months ago. *The following are from 1927 Trolley Troubles Oh, Teacher Great Guns The Mechanical Cow The Ocean Hop All Wet*The following are from 1928 Rival Romeos Bright Lights Ozzie of the Mounted Oh What a Knight Sky Scrapers The Fox Chase Tall Timber I have also seen the pencil fragmented animation of the "missing' Oswald cartoon, " Sagebrush Sadie" which was released on April 2, 1928. It's a shame that it was lost, but the remaining pencil work is quite an amazing piece of animation history to watch.
