I have some news. I am not moving to Delaware! Mother says that it's really boring and that they don't know know what a hotdog is. I think by that she means that their hotdogs taste yucky. And her boyfriend suddenly decided we couldn't move in.

... Supper at my house:
*I fill my plate and sit down*
Dad: Katie, do you want some corn?
Me: No, dad.
Dad: Corn bread, honey?
Me: No, thanks.
Dad: . . . Do you want more gravy?
Me: No.
Dad: Gail, pass the gravy to Katie.
Me: Dad, I don't want any.
Dad: Oh. . . . . How about some more chicken?
Me: *SIGH*
Dad: ???

I showed my dad your comment, and he started to talk... and talk... and talk... May I ask you what paella is? And I want to know which country kills the bulls, Mexico or Spain? I picked these out while I was trying to ignore my dad's blabbering.

Paella is a typical meal here. It's made in some sort of wok pan called a "paella pan" (how original) and it's normally made of rice (main ingredient) mixed with chopped pepper pieces, chicken, shrimp, and some oysters, I believe.
And unfortunately WE are the ones who kill the poor beasts.
