You've never heard, seen, or been to an anime convention, Weasel Freak?? Dang. Look 'em up on YouTube. Conventions seem quite fun!  There are some...erm...weird people that go to them, though. I still can't shake the image of this one MALE cosplayer that I found in a magazine out of my head.  To be honest, I've never been to a real anime convention. A few years ago we had a one-day anime convention where I used to live. I didn't have any money to go to the "special" rooms, so I had to hang out around the lobby and the merchandise rooms. It was awful. Even the people who HAD the money to afford a holy-golden-ticket-that-is-no-way-related-to- Willy-Wonka-and-the-Chocolate-Factory said that it sucked. I want to go to a real one someday. =( |
