I disagree that he drinks out of the toilet as well...
Anyway, I don't think Psycho is a psychopath, just...a little misunderstood and see things in a different perspective. I mean, I see things different and my friends call me Psycho.
I have another thought that maybe Psycho is just like this in public. Like if you've known him for a long time and catch him alone, he can be calm. I do this a lot and some of my other friends do this.
Then again, it's just an opinion.

To me, Psycho reminds me of Max the lagomorphic rabbity thing mixed with Ed the hyena, Billy (from Grim), and Stitch combined at some points. Just thought I'd give out my opinion about him.
