I did a little character analysis on SG from my observations from the movie, and my own theories.
Smart Guy: The leader of the weasels. Out of all the weasels he is the most level-headed, possessing the most common sense and self-control. He is practical, logical, and organized, planning everything to a "T". SG is the straight-man, or straight-weasel of the group, is self-disciplined and is somewhat of a perfectionist. He is very self-assured and confident. Even in the heat of battle, he stays cool and thinks on his feet and is a brave leader.
He is also a bit stubborn, always has to be right, and can be arrogant. His word is law.
Maddy's five-year-old brother, Teddy, is SG's biggest fan. SG is quite fond of the little boy. In his heart of hearts, he really cares about him, since Teddy's the closest he's had to a son.
SG is one of Maddy's best Toon friends, but they often get into clashes with each other over the leadership role.
Overall, Smart Guy is a just and fair leader, but he's a good friend, too.

This I'm thinking, too.
In some of my fics and comics, he always acts without to hurt others feelings,
but he says the truth and what he's thinking about someone.
And he protects the others, if some fox or other animals attack them.

Si! more than the others, but I'm asking me what he means with the word "bullstich" or else.
In my dictionary it isn't in there.
So, could one of you explain me what this word means?
I would like to know.

It's just a made-up word. It's a Toon alternative to a word I can't say.

Smartass is the boss, the big cheese, the mafia man, the best toon gangster. He's cocky and struts with his head high, and with his flashy threads and sharp, gold-capped teeth, he seems to deliberately display a cool, tough-guy image that shouts, "Here I am! Don't mess with me." He's a thug and a good fighter, and will not hesitate to engage in combat. However, it seems to me that he uses his fists and gun as more of a last resort and would prefer to fight with words first. And speaking of words, he's quite good with them when it comes to put-downs or "rubbing it in." He is highly sarcastic and dry, with a great sense of humor and has unique, odd quirks. Like his malapropism. However, he can take a situation more seriously than the others and retains self control. He's stubborn, too. When he's wrong, i'd presume he'd loathe admitting it. Smartass is also a classy guy, but not like a snob; he's just got a stylish marked individuality. Confident and streetwise, he's a born leader and runs his gang well.

He is, as his name implies, a wisecracker. He is also arrogant, bossy, trigger-happy, and sometimes overdramatic. He seems very eager to please, at least towards Judge Doom. Unlike the other weasels, Smart Guy can be very serious and has much more self-control, especially in the area of laughter – he takes it upon himself to keep his fellow weasels from laughing too much. Smart Guy enjoys a cigar when he’s bored or stressed. He's an excellent fighter and totally dedicated to his job - I doubt even a cute little jill would distract him from his work.
