i don't think even Psy would dare take away Wheezy's cigarettes. tho Smart Guy might hold them hostage if he REALLY waned something.
He did that in my fanfic to get Wheezy outta bed. They were staying in a hotel and he was running from room to room giving everyone rude awakenings. when it was Wheezy's turn, he wouldn't get up, so Smart Guy took his cigarettes to the other side of the room so he HAD to get up and get them.
Huh? Huh? Is that funny?

Yes, that indeed was my username! I actually just changed it to Boss like, a week ago or something. See, Lil' Mug (my nickname for Psychos Biggest Fan) started calling me Boss a long time ago. Then Lil' Thug (Biscuit49) and Lil' Freak (Weasel Freak) also started calling me their Boss. I really liked it, so that's my new username! ^_^
