I love the weasels because they just look so cool and I hated to see them die. I wish Disney/Amblin/Touchstone would do a spin-off movie about the weasels, their backstory and why they joined Doom.

That's not very likely. It would be more likely if they were the heros, but no, they are the 'Villians' (I think of them as my heros, though) and the chance of people buying the backstory movie wouldn't be very likely, either. Of coarse wed buy it buuuuuuut..... other people wouldnt.

Um... I hafta disagree with you here, pal. You see, a hero normally gets his whole story explained throughout the movie (or book, whatever) so it would make more sense to make a spin-off movie (with back-story) about the antagonists, explaining how they turned evil, or why. Because in movies like WFRR the enemies are JUST enemies, with now explanation of "why". You know what I mean? (Hate to disagree with you, still my great buddy)
Btw, I made a drawing of you guys, aka all my friends!!!

It sucks that most people hate weasels. For no reason, too.

It sucks that most people hate weasels. For no reason, too. That, and bats. Most bats are even inoffensive and some are very cute!

I think perhaps it's the way the animators did such a brilliant job of making them move and feel as though they're alive and really there next to the humans. But I especially am amazed at the acting they put into these guys- I think I began to get fascinated by them from seeing Smarta**'s expression after hearing Roger sputter in Eddie's sink. His eyes and slllloooowww movement just scream, "You're up to something, I know it." I'm kind of a moody guy and so I've liked things and characters that are kind of dangerous, left-of-center, off-beat, or rule-breaking. I like anti-heroes. These characters most decidely have that quality: the same quality you get from watching uncensored Tex Avery cartoons, perhaps. A character with fascinating eyes and expressions, or a graceful shape, or the feel of an animal (I really like small mammals) usually get my attention. They have that quality too.
