Oooooh, the thing about Psycho being experimented on just gave me a idea!!!
If the scientists had caught Alvin and the Chipmunks and Garfeild and experimented on them, that turned them anime, or in other words, half-real. Its actually very simple on how to do it. Take about half or more of a Toon's cells and somehow turn them real, and wala! THAT'S THE EXPLINATION TO GARFEILD AND THE CHIPMUNKS!!!
