We heard him say: ''Bullshtick.'' in one of the scenes, and Wikipedia mentions he has a malapropism.
So my vote goes a bit on the yes side.
Maybe if he's angry, or just has a habit to do so. I guess it really depends on how you view him.

I am with you Kaz he is always angry about something. Or it could be a habit he has I view him as being just plan angry.
