as a baby did he have spiral eyes or regular. or did they come later on like when he becam more mature.  |

thats what i thought but what if he had regular blue eyes and then somthing happened to make him go insane and he woke up the next day and saw he had swirls.

Maybe...he hit his head so hard he woke up and he heard insane laughter in his head that made him all psycho.

I think he had regular eyes as a baby, and over time they developed into spiral eyes, probably because he was tought life by rough parents and/or guardians.
