A litttle toon girl walks up to her older sister
little girl: hey sis, did mommy ever tell you the scary stories about JUDGE DOOM and those weasels abducting you at night if you do'nt behave?
sister: yep,...she did
littlegirl: a-are they TRUE (O.O)?
sister:(teasingly) I dunno, if ya ever see that mean-old scary judge and those weasels, why do'ntcha ask them yourself
littlegirl:O.O(shivers in fear at the thought)

if toon parents kept telling stories about Doom and the weasels to their kids like that, I think I can imagine what that kid would do if they saw Doom in person
(this deminstraition is inspired by a certain episode of the Simpsons)
Toon Kid1: (seeing Judge Doom AND the weasels walk by) AHHHHHHHH, IT'S THE BOOGEYMANS GRANDFATHER, AND BROTHERS !!!!!!!!!!
Toon Kid2: EEEKKK, Runaway, they'll DIP you and put what's left of you in their stew
