Probably, and he's like a little kid. So they might mess with him like,
Psycho: "Hey Stupid can we borrow your baseball bat?"
Stupid: "Duhh sure! You'll bring it back though, right?!"
Psycho: "Yeah, sure... hehehehehe!"
Then he'd probably get mad after he realizes it never was brought back. Either that or he'd keep waiting. =P

I'd figure he be a bit depressed if someone took his bat, maybe even start to cry a bit. As for getting hit, I hope not. There's a nail in it that could kill you if it even touches your brain or heart.
