Probably. Maybe some funny scene would happen if he switched between his dog and robot self. +P
Gir: *is in robot form*
Psycho: "AH A ROBOT!"
Gir: *goes back to dog form*
Psycho: "Gir! Wow, I just saw this robot and--"
Gir: *goes back to robot*
Psycho: "ROBOT!!"
That would be funny. xD Although it might happen more with Stupid though, but it would be funny.

Let's say that Psycho would wanna be like Smart A**, and Smarty says that he (Psycho) would never match up to him, and oders him to leave him alone. Y'know, I might make a fanfic about this! Anyway, I got that idea from The Pagemaster.
