With a girl, but it'd have to be the right one. Most mob bosses only tend to show the softer side to girls they would really trust. Like Kari's character Victor. He can be a total ass, but with Kiy around, he softens up.

I think if it's a girl he would either dance to slow music with her, or jazz music.
Juarez prefer dancing with Smartguy in Jazz music.

got me thinking, for Smarty i say if your the leader why would you dance with only one girl when you could dance with a hull group of girls, with Greasy as well.
