Oh, okay, I see.
I've been tired lately, so maybe that's why I didn't see your joke. XD
About Dwayne being Br'er's (that looks so wierd...the name...like that... XD) grandson would make since, I just didn't know 'bout him. I've seen Darkwing Duck, but very rarely. I was more of a movie kid than a television kid.
As for Wheezy only having a year to be an adult, I didn't really know when Br'er or Winne was made, so I was just, like, "What the heck, why not?" >_<

Well, there's room for that sort of thing, the dates of a toon's birth. Winnie appeared in the '90s after all, but it's clear that it's supposed to be taking place in the late '40s or early '50s. Personally, and this certainly isn't set in stone, I think that in the WFRR world it's most likely Disney created Br'er Weasel as part of their promotion of Song of the South.
In this fanfiction's case, Dwayne could be Wheezy's illegitimate son, but he would've had to have survived beyond 1947 and hooked up with a far less attractive weasel in order to have Dwayne be a young adult in the '90s. Even then, it's awfully far-fetched... ...In fact, it sounds downright crazy, the way I say it.
