The one in purple is already named Shifty- it's in the episode's dialogue.
Sneaky has already been taken as someone's OC, I think. I think it's Weasel Freak...

Skep? Well, he does ask a lot of questions, but they're very innocent and stupid questions, and they don't question Shifty's authority. He's just wondering what the heck they're supposed to be doing.
I also noticed that he practically begs for a share of the money.

Hmm... well, I was thinking that his name would reflect his downtrodden, innocent nature. I'm not really sure if the begging would be his dominant trait, though. He's kind of stupid, and he also enjoys making trouble.
I can't think of anything...
