Okay, I'm sure the first FanFic I put on here really sucked, so I'm making it up. No slash, but it's based after the movie, when the weasels go to heaven. Here is the preface. Enjoy. _________________________________________________ Preface The room was bright, almost too bright. Looking up would only lead to staring up into space while looking down would end up watching Earth slowly spin on it's axis. Sitting in a circle were five Toons. The leader, who was sitting in the largest chair, eyed everyone in the room with bright orange eyes. He was a wolf Toon, with fur as black as night. He huffed once before turning to the Toon next to him, a cat. The cat was male with pale ginger fur and dull blue eyes. A long silver beard grew from his muzzle while his claws were long and yellow from age. "Monoke," the wolf growled, "where is our other member?" The cat cocked his head to the side, one ear twitching, before he turned back to the wolf and said, "Here." A second later, a Toon ferret entered. Her fur was pure white while midnight blue hair flowed from her head. She cought her breath and fixed her halo. She stopped when she noticed all eyes on her. "Where have you been, Jasmine?" the wolf growled. "Um, you can call me Jazz. And I'm real sorry, Halo. I really am, but with all the new ones coming in now a days-" she began. "Silence!!!!" Halo growled. He howled once and everyone in the room covered their ears. Halo's orange eyes looked over at Jazz and told her to sit. Jazz, with her ears flat on her head and her violet eyes down to the ground, did as she was told. "Now that Jasmine is here, let's bring the new ones in." Halo said. That said, the golden doors that Jazz had entered opened and out stepped five weasels. They all had puzzled looks on their faces. Jazz cocked her head to the side, but quickly looked down and blushed when a weasel in a green zoot suit winked at her. "So, you are the Toon Patrol? The ones who helped Doom almost destroy Toontown?" Monoke asked. To this news, the others, not counting Halo and Jazz, whispered to themselfs of the Toon Patrol. Jazz looked over at the Toon Patrol and noticed they were now very uncomfortable. "Well, well, well," Halo said, smiling, "what will I do with such bad Toons?" With that, a magical lever suddenly appeared. Before Halo could set a paw on it, Jazz yelled, "No!" Silence filled the room. Jazz shrank into her seat as Halo glared at her. "What...did...you just say?" he asked, venom in his voice. "Um, they don't look that b-bad, Halo." she said in a small voice. Halo continued to glare at her. "How about you let me-" she began. "Let you do what," Halo yelled, "fix their lives? Help them become good?" "Actually, Halo, that's not a bad idea." "Huh? " Everyone turned to Monoke, his eyes closed and a smile on his face. He opened one eye and looked over at Halo. "Think about it, Halo. Jazz-I mean, Jasmine, could learn some skills being a Guardian of Heaven while the Toon Patrol could learn to be good." Monoke said. Halo blinked and rubbed his chin. After thinking for a moment, he smiled and turned to Monoke. He shook the cat's elderly paw and said, "Deal," before turning to Jazz. "Well, there you go." he said. "Huh? What? Where?" she said, questions marks appearing over her head. "You are now the Guardian of the Toon Patrol," Halo said, "don't fail me." With that, Halo snapped his fingers and almost instantly, Jazz and the Toon Patrol were back on Earth. _________________________________________________ Well, there you go. Tell me what you think.

Okay, thanks for replaying, kishi. Anyway, here is chapter one. _________________________________________________ Chapter One Jazz didn't know what was worse, listening to Greasy as he flirted with her or Smart Guy as he yelled at the others. They ended up back in Hollywood, 1947, but for some reason, Smart Guy didn't seem to like that. "What's the big deal?" Jazz asked after a minute. "What's the big deal? After everything I said, you ask that?! I'll tell you the the deal is, we're stuck in Hollywood and the cops are after us for asuming a rabbit!" Jazz shrunk as Smart Guy grumbled on. After a moment, the ferret asked, "Do you mean 'assulting' a rabbit?" "Why I otta-" Smart Guy grabbed Stupid's bat, tired of all of it. Before he could lift it, Jazz said something that made the pink suited weasel stop. "But I'm your guardian angel!!!" Smart Guy blinked at her before he lowered the bat, causing shock to the others. He raised an eyebrow and asked, "So, ya tellin' me, we're stuck with you until we're good. Then we get in heaven?" Jazz slowly looked up at Smart Guy. She slowly nodded her slim head. Smart Guy smiled and brought his crew in a huddle. "I think I have an idea, boys." he said. "Let me guess," Wheezy said, chewing on a cigarette, "we trick her into thinking we are good and we get in heaven." "No, we...Stop that!" Smart Guy growled as Wheezy chuckled and Psycho giggled. Jazz, who couldn't hear them, cocked her head to the side as question marks appeared over her head. As she waited, she bit her lip, played with her rather fluffly tail, and watched the clouds. "Okay, fine, we'll play it your way!" Jazz was so shocked, she jumped and landed in the trashcan, her eyes peeking out. When she saw it was just Smart Guy with a brow raised, she came out, embarrassed. When she noticed he was still looking at her, she muttered, "Okay." "Good." With that, Smart Guy walked out the alley, with his weasels following. Jazz blinked at them, but followed as well. As they walked, Jazz looked over at Hollywood. The buildings were odd to her. "Never been to Hollywood?" Jazz blinked before looking over at who talked to her. To her shock, it was Wheezy. "Um...Yeah." she said. "You look young? When did you die?" "I think...fourteen. Yeah, fourteen." "Hm, sad." The blue weasel let a puff of smoke out. Jazz only glanced at him once before she, for the first time since her new life, looked down at her cloths. She jumped and Wheezy raised a brow at her. She looked at him and pointed to the long purple hoodie she wore that dragged down to her feet. "Halo gave me cloths." she said. Wheezy smiled and shook his head, chewing on his cigarette. It was odd, finding someone like Jazz now a days. Someone who actually shows what she feels. True, Wheezy has seen some rather...colorful people, but none like Jazz. It didn't matter, though. Jazz was just their guardian angel. As Wheezy thought that, he almost laughed. They had a guardian angel. Who would have thought? _________________________________________________ Okay, hope you liked chapter one.

Chapter two is here. _________________________________________________
Chapter Two
Jazz yawned silently as dusk sooned turned to night. Her violet eyes sagged to the ground as she yawned again. Next to her, Wheezy chewed on a cigarette while Greasy, who JUST figured out she was only a teenager, tried to not seem awkard. Smart Guy finally stopped. Jazz looked up and blinked at the bar. It had no name, just a black billboard next to it. The wood was old and had splinters coming out of it while the door ajar. She didn't want to go in, but the Toon Patrol did. So, with no choice, the young Toon ferret walked in with her head down. As soon as she entered, she noticed it smelled like beer and smoke. She coughed and shook her head, already disliking the place. She opened her eyes, which widen when she realized Smart Guy was talking to a VERY big monkey. He almost looked like Bongo, but had a long tail and lighter brown fur. He shared a few words with Smart Guy before giving him some kind of paper. Smart Guy put it in his jacket and walked out, making Jazz have to catch up in her puzzlement. She walked next to Smart Guy and asked, "What was that?" "None of ya buisness." Jazz shrank back and stood next to Stupid, who towered over her no matter what she did. He looked down at her and smiled, saying, "Duh, it's okay. Smart Guy is always like that." Jazz looked up at him and nodded, knowing what Stupid said was true. Unknown to anyone in Heaven, she used to watch the Toon Patrol, finding thier job lives funny at times. Jazz may have died at an early age and had to grow up, but she was still a teenager. "Duh, so what do you think of Hollywood?" Stupid asked. Jazz shrugged, figuring Wheezy must have told him about her never been in Hollywood. "Fun, I guess. Too...citylike for me, though." Stupid nodded, his grin still on his face. Jazz cocked her head at this. Stupid was a character she could never understand. Sometimes he acted like a child, but he also seem to have at least some knowlegde of a situation. It was funny watching him at time back in Heaven. When Smart Guy stopped and Jazz looked up, she wish they were somewhere else. _________________________________________________ Chapter two for ya. Hope you liked it.

I know this is the fourth chapter I put up here in ONE DAY, but I can't help myself. I'm a writer and I love to write. That, and I don't know how to put up my artwork. _________________________________________________ Chapter Three Jazz stared at the house, her mouth agape. The house had wood of ebony while the edges were white for some odd reason. The windows were dusty from age and some were even cracked. Jazz looked at Stupid, her shocked face still on. "Uh, yup. This is where the boss said we go if trouble came." the large weasel asked. Jazz gulped. "Here? He comes...here?" Stupid nodded, his grin still on his furry face. Jazz's face paled as she watched the others enter. After a few moments, she sighed, "A guardian angel don't need this...," and walked in. She sneezed at the dust and almost screamed as the door closed by itself. Wheezy, who had been watching, said, "Wind." Jazz looked at him and crossed her arms, glaring at his cigarette. "Really," she asked, "do you have to make this place even more dirty? Can't you wait to smoke that?" He blew smoke near her and muttered, "You wish." Jazz's shoulders slumpped down and anyone could almost see the wings she once had drop as well. She sighed and looked around, figuring it was better than nothing. She sighed, again, and headed to what she picked her room. Away from the others and out of any danger zones with them. She may be their guardian, but she felt as if they didn't understand any good will at all. It was as if...something happened! A lightbulb appeared above Jazz's head and she smirked. At dawn, she would head to the Records and find a little bit more information on the Toon Patrol. _________________________________________________ Well, there you go. Chapter three.

Thanks, kishi! Yeah, I feel kinda sorry for Jazz too, but it wouldn't be a Toon Patrol story if SA wasn't mad at least once. Lol.

I will now give you chapter...four? Yeah, four. _________________________________________________
Chapter Four
The sun's rays hadn't even touched the Earth when Jazz snuck out. She slowly opened her window, stopping and listening to any noises that may be or may allert the Toon Patrol. She smirked and jumped out the window, landing on all fours. She lifted her head and glanced around with violet eyes. Nothing. Good. She sprinted across the yard, as silent as any shadow, and jumped over the fence, making it only creak once before it became silent again. She glanced around to make sure one of the weasels weren't out late. When the coast was clear, she took a deep breath and focused. Years ago, before she even became part of the Guardians of Heaven, she had discovered a skill about her that no other angel or guardian could do. She could recreate her wings. Halo had become so angry with her once, he made her spend a day on Earth. After being depressed for a little bit, she tried to remember her wings. She remembered how they would seem so sleek and could make the best turns. The next thing she knew, she had wings. She didn't tell anyone of this. She knew she might have needed her wings for something and today was that day. Finding the secret of the Toon Patrol. She closed her eyes and focused only about her wings. Seconds later, two giant dovelike wings popped up from her back. Jazz smiled and stretched them, already enjoying the feel of her wings back. She flapped once and took off into the air, silent as an owl. Her wings gracefully soared while Jazz's violet eyes searched the ground. When she spotted what she was looking for, she smirked and dived. Landing on both feet, she looked around before running into the R.K Maroon's studio. She hid in the shadows and made sure there were no guards in the ownerless studio at the moment. When Jazz finally found the door, she smirked and opened it. Jazz walked in and glanced around. How hard could this be? The door had "weasel" on it. Then again, Maroon never really made anything easy. Jazz huffed just started trashing the place, knowing no one was going to come back here. She glanced at one file and tossed it, but quickly grabbed it again. On the cover, in a sharpie, was "Toon Patrol". This was it. This was the file that had every piece information on them... _________________________________________________ Well, wat ya think?

Thank you for replying, Eternity. And I can't give much detail away. It kinda bases around the story of trust and friendship they may/may not have to build.

Chapter five is now up. _________________________________________________
Chapter Five
Jazz stared into the file with violet eyes. She blinked once, twice, three times before she looked back up into nothingness. "If this isn't it, then-" Before the ferret could finish, a claw tapped on her shoulder and Jazz flew up in the air, looking like what a cat would do to a dog if it sneaked up on it. To her shock and embarrassment, it was Monoke. The elderly cat smiled a warm smile at her while a holy light twirled around him. He raised on paw and in that old paw was a stack of papers. "I'm guessing this is what you wanted, dear Jazz?" he asked. Jazz looked down, embarrassed. Monoke chuckled and raised her head. "Now there is nothing to get all embarrassed about. Many Toons have come here and tried to read the Toon Patrol files." he said. "So Halo made you in charge of keeping them save." Jazz finished, her shoulders slumping. Monoke nodded. He watched the young guardian for a minute before he frowned, a rare sight to see on Monoke. Almost as rare as seeing Wheezy without a cigarette. The pale ginger cat scratched his head before he looked at all the pages with such speed, Sonic would be put to shame. He grabbed one page and handed it to Jazz. "Here, Jazz, I think you, of all Toons, should read this." _________________________________________________ Well, end of chapter five. What did you all think? I was trying to show a little bit of Monoke's side in this story as well. Next chapter is when Jazz will finally read the page.

Well, I must say that I think Jazz is a good character. Jumpy, isn't she? Don't you think the story is going by awfully quickly? I mean, there's no harm in describing the environment and action a little more... I'd to visualize things in my head a little more. Hope that helps... don't worry, I do like it.
Boy, wondering what happens to them after going to heaven sure is a popular topic for fanfics, isn't it? Everyone seems to have their own ideas...

I think it's because it's easiest to do (about the heaven thing). Lol. ;D You're right about the details. I'm trying hard, but I'll try harder. *salutes* Anyway, yes, I made Jazz jumpy because I wanted people to view the toll Halo has put on her. You'll hear what she was like when she was alive. Not as jumpy, I'll tell you that. Thanks for replying.

The best thing to do is take your time. I have a story that I started writing on and before I knew it, the thing had grown to over 30 chapters (and it still isn't finished, but I'm trying to turn it from a fanfic into a real honest to goodness original story with my own characters in place of the originals. It's going to take a long long time.)
